This document details setting up Adobe connect on a Chromebook
Adding Adobe Connect Application to Chromebook
- Check to see if the User is using a school account or personal account. (Some School accounts lock students out of google play
- Have the user attempt to find the google play store on their Chromebook.
- If they are unable to find the play-store on the menu at the bottom of the screen they may be on an account that disables it.
- On the google play store search for "Adobe Connect" and download it.
- The user should now be able to open adobe connect links without issue.
Enabling Google play store (If Disabled)
- navigate to the bottom right hand of the screen and select the Time
- On the pop-out window select the setting's icon.
- Scroll down to google play store and make sure its enabled.
- Some school accounts prevent it from being enabled.
- Accept terms and services if turning it on and then its enabled.
